General Policy
We understand that enrolling in an academic program is an important decision. As admission involves allocation of seats, faculty resources, academic planning, and administrative processes, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Cancellation By Student β Refund Schedule
If a student chooses to withdraw from the admission process after enrollment confirmation, refund eligibility will be subject to the college's admission and fee policies.
Any request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the college administration.
No-Refund Conditions
Refunds may not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Admission has been confirmed and classes have commenced
- A student voluntarily withdraws after the commencement of the academic session
- Admission is cancelled due to submission of incorrect or misleading information
- A student is suspended or removed due to disciplinary reasons
- Fees paid under special concessions, scholarships, or promotional offers where refund restrictions apply
- Requests arising from personal circumstances unrelated to academic services
Cancellation Policy
Once admission is confirmed and the seat is allotted, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to institutional policies and applicable regulations.
Students and parents are advised to carefully review all admission details before completing fee payment.
Cancellation By The College
In rare circumstances, Sri Saraswathi Junior College may cancel a program, batch, or academic activity due to insufficient enrollment, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
Students may also be offered an alternative batch or academic option, subject to availability.
Transfer Of Stream Or Batch
Requests for stream changes or batch transfers must be submitted to the college administration for approval.
Approval is subject to:
- Seat availability
- Academic eligibility
- Administrative approval
- Applicable institutional guidelines
Additional administrative charges may apply where relevant.
How To Submit A Refund Or Cancellation Request
All requests must be submitted in writing through email or directly to the college administration office.

- Stream Applied For
- Reason For Cancellation Request
Verbal requests will not be considered official.
Refund Processing
Where refunds are approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 15β20 working days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures
- The college shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers
